Following orthodontic treatment and periodontal crown lengthening, I fabricated 8 upper veneers for this patient. She was thrilled with her smile and the result of our interdisciplinary care.
This patient born with two front teeth fused as one on her right side, and a missing front tooth on the left side. To improve her esthetics we employed an interdisciplinary approach which included orthodontics, implant placement and crown to replace the missing tooth, and 2 veneers to give the illusion of three teeth. The veneer on her fused tooth was fabricated to look like two teeth with pink porcelain to resemble the missing gum. The patient was thrilled with the result and later returned to see me, exclaiming "people are stopping me on the street to say what a beautiful smile I have!"
This patient was born congenitally missing 16 permanent teeth. Working closely with a periodontist who placed the implants and my laboratory, I restored his bite, function and esthetics with a combination of implant bridges and ceramic onlays. He was thrilled with the result.
This patient had numerous cavities and missing teeth and wanted to improve his dental health and esthetics. Working closely with a periodontist who placed implants in the sites of the missing teeth along with my laboratory technician, I fabricated a combination of crowns on his upper natural teeth and implant crowns to restore his dental health, bite, function and esthetics. He was extremely happy with the result!
This patient wanted a more attractive smile. To improve her esthetics I replaced her old bonding with ceramic crowns and fabricated implant crowns on the non-restorable back teeth with the proper contour, color and proportion. The patient was extremely happy with her new smile!
This patient was born without one of her front teeth. I worked closely with the orthodontist and periodontist, and following implant placement, restored her missing front tooth with a porcelain fused to zirconia implant crown, which she loved.
Following a fall this patient fractured his front tooth. After the periodontist placed an implant, I fabricated an implant crown, carefully matching the color, contour and subtle characterizations of the adjacent front tooth. The patient was extremely happy with the result.
This patient was missing teeth on his left side. To restore his function and esthetics, implants were placed which I restored with an implant bridge and crown, carefully matching the color and contour of his adjacent teeth. The patient was very happy with the result.
To improve this patient's dental health, esthetics and function, upper and lower implants were placed. I then fabricated an upper screw-retained implant bridge and a lower Overdenture, giving this patient back his smile and function. The patient was thrilled with the result and exclaimed "It looks good! I'll have all the women chasing me! I'd marry me if I wasn't already married!"
This patient presented with missing and worn teeth and fractured restorations. Working with an orthodontist and periodontist, I fabricated crowns and implant crowns to restore her dental health and esthetics. She was thrilled with the result and said "I can't stop looking in the mirror and smiling at myself!"
This 18-year old patient was born with 4 congenitally missing lateral incisors, but was too young for implants. To restore his missing teeth and smile, I fabricated four Resin Bonded Zirconia Bridges. He was extremely happy with the result, and sent me photos smiling at his senior prom.
This 16 year-old patient presented with a congenitally missing lateral incisor. She was too young to have an implant placed, so after orthodontics I fabricated a Resin-Bonded Fixed Dental Prosthesis to replace the missing tooth, working closely with my laboratory technician to carefully match the color and contour of her adjacent teeth. She was thrilled with the result.

Dental crowns and bridges offer support to broken, cracked, weakened, root canal treated or missing teeth. My goal is to create restorations that look and feel like your natural teeth through careful color matching and contouring.
Dental implants can replace one or more missing or failing teeth to improve esthetics and create a secure restoration with a natural appearance and function. They provide support for single crowns or bridges, and can add retention to dentures.
Porcelain veneers are thin shells of ceramic that bond to the front surfaces of the teeth. They create whiter, more ideally shaped teeth for a beautiful smile.
Resin Bonded Bridges, often known as Maryland Bridges, can be fabricated to replace a single missing front tooth when the adjacent tooth is healthy. They are made of ceramic that bonds to the adjacent tooth for a secure fit and natural appearance.
For patients with complex dental needs including multiple missing teeth, collapsed bite, occlusal wear, decay, and compromised esthetics, I comprehensively, meticulously and compassionately restore these patients' dental health, function and esthetics.
Dental Bleaching is a safe, simple and effective way to brighten a smile. Impressions of the teeth are taken and custom trays are fabricated to hold the bleaching gel to lighten the color of yellowing or aging teeth.
Onlays and inlays are made of ceramic material or gold, and are used to restore back teeth when a part of the tooth is missing or decayed. They may extend over part or all of the biting surface to provide support, improve function and esthetics.
Custom Dentures provide function and esthetics when patients are missing all their upper teeth, lower teeth, or both. Implants can be added to create "Overdentures" which provide secure retention for improved chewing and function.
Provisionals or temporary crowns protect teeth during the period after teeth are shaped for crowns. They help develop soft tissue contours, provide a healthy periodontal environment and serve as a blueprint to test and refine esthetics and function.
Cosmetic bonding can be used to close spaces between teeth, restore chipped, discolored or misarranged teeth and fill cavities. The plastic resin is "bonded" to the tooth and then sculpted and polished for a beautiful and natural appearance.
Gingival Moulage is a removable thermoplastic material that snaps in to simulate missing gums in patients who have lost the soft tissue between their healthy teeth.
Your dental health is our goal. Starting with a comprehensive evaluation, we will work with you to provide optimum dental care, from fillings to cleanings and periodontal maintenance to more extensive treatment.
