This patient born with two front teeth fused as one on her right side, and a missing front tooth on the left side. To improve her esthetics we employed an interdisciplinary approach which included orthodontics, implant placement and crown to replace the missing tooth, and 2 veneers to give the illusion of three teeth. To improve his esthetics I fabricated a Zirconia with porcelain bridge for him, with crowns on the two adjacent teeth. The first step was to create a provisional bridge to develop the esthetics and contours. He was thrilled with the improvement, and we reproduced the contours in the final bridge, which he loved.
Due to severe decay this patient unfortunately had to lose her lower teeth. I fabricated a mandibular provisional (temporary bridge) so she was able to smile and function. When implants were later placed by a periodontist, the provisional was converted to a screw-retained prosthesis, so the patent was never without teeth. She was extremely happy with her care.

My lab scanned the model to fabricate a milled Provisional which provided the improved contours, occlusion and esthetics which we later reproduced in the final crowns.
